Delays can occur due to weather, customs clearance, or technical issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please raise a complaint so our team can investigate.

Account & Billing
Go to the Wallet page and use the UPI payment option to top up your balance. Funds are credited after payment confirmation.
Invoices are generated automatically after booking. You can download them from the Billing section in your dashboard or contact support with your AWB number.
